UPDATE (14) Aug 11, 2011 A LIVE KITTEN in Tony's CAGE...FOR REAL... do you see the kitty kat in Tony's cage? How did that poor little thing get in there? Is this supposed to be Tony's snack? You know a tiger does have instincts..well the little kitten was scavenging Tony's food bowl for scraps amongst all the flies that were hungry too...pathetic.
This is got to be another USDA VIOLATION and for sure an ANIMAL RIGHTS CASE against SandBAG. Who knows what happened to that little kitten. Tony might have eaten him..it's only natural for him to do so. As if SandBAD does not have enuf troubles. He also has LSU trademark infringement on him now, for painting Tony's cage purple & gold.You have seen my Aug 11 vid of Mike the Tiger, LSU's mascot's habitat. LSU in NO WAY would support Tony's habitat, and by not taking action against SANDBAG for trying to promote his truck stop as part of the LSU system using their colors, well, LSU will simply not allow that. LSU has a very nice, one of the finest in the nation, habitats for Mike, the Tiger.
Also major victory today..SandBAG's case to dismiss the ALDF case was DISMISSED..NEXT? Sept 15 hearing for ALDF's motion for a mandatory injunction which seeks an immediate revocation of Sandlin's permit to keep Tony...hope this ends it all..and Tony can walk out of this hell hole in less than 24 hrs should the hearing go in favor of immediate release of Tony.

Sandlin isn't even making an effort to pretend that he's looking after Tony now. 115 heat index and there's no water in that pathetic excuse for a pool? I can't begin to imagine how boring and miserable Tony's life is. And the noise level is horrendous. This is proof that nobody should be allowed to exploit tigers or any other form of wildlife. I have a couple new vids from Aug 11..I hope soon, there will be a video of Tony walking out of this prison!!! Until that day, I will be still checking on Tony.
